Education for Social Action: Example of Bachelor Degree Studies in the Area of Social Pedagogy

The author introduces the reader into the way she understands social action and training, follows with getting the reader acquainted with the similarities and differences between the project method in the didactics and social projects methodology within the field of social work. In this article is presented the concept of the socio-pedagogical training with the use of social projects. The historical roots of the social projects method, its main theoretical underpinnings as well as the description of the way it has incorporated into socio-pedagogical studies constitute the subject of the detailed further elaboration.
