Effectiveness of experiential learning method working with socially vulnerable young people


The article discusses application of experiential learning method in social work with vulnerable young people. First part is aimed at analysis of experiential learning method – its main principles and guidelines in working with vulnerable young people. Second part is aimed at presenting empirical study which was designed to explore how experiential learning method influences lives and self-sufficiency of vulnerable young people. Last part of the article provides some recommendations for social work practitioners planning to apply experiential learning method in work with vulnerable young people.
